Is UREVO a good treadmill brand?
UREVO is a lesser known brand that manufactures budget-friendly treadmills for people who want value for money. This has made them a popular choice on Amazon with around 70% 5 star ratings from thousands of reviews. The main appeal of these treadmills is the performance specs, which are hard to beat on paper at such a low price. Of course, the brand is not perfect and we will cover their flaws in this UREVO treadmill review but most of the cons stem from missing features rather than compromises on quality. So, overall this company has an impressive range of models for hassle-free exercise that competes with the large players, but without all the bells and whistles to enter the mid to high end of the market.
UREVO Treadmill Comparison
The way UREVO have positioned their treadmills may have left you confused about the differences. We’ve compiled their models side by side for an easy comparison of specifications and features. Then we’ll go through each one separately to break down our findings from tests.
UREVO 3 in 1 Treadmill
The UREVO 3 in 1 treadmill’s performance is excellent for such a compact machine, thanks to its powerful and quiet motor. The 3 HP motor and 8.6 mph max speed makes this model in the fleet capable of running. So if you seek higher-intensity workouts without having to break the bank and deal with heavy units. A more powerful motor comes at a cost though – and not just price. Compared the other models it’s harder to move around weighing 84.4 lbs but I found it manageable at 5’7″. This is made a lot easier with the transportation wheels on the front end, although not so much on thicker carpets.
Running mode – While the noise isn’t so quiet at high speeds, you can tell the motor is working more efficiently when walking and jogging on it than any other UREVO treadmill. Even if you don’t plan on running the motor is more robust to handle cooling and less likely to overheating causing malfunctioning parts that reduce lifespan. So while it’s pricier you should get more mileage out of it.
Walking mode – It’s one of two foldable treadmills in the fleet. It comes with a remote control so we could fold it flat and use it for under desk walks, but more importantly, I was able to slide it under the bed for quick storage as it is only 4.3 inches tall when folded.
Working mode – A desk can be attached to rest your laptop and there’s a device holder for other devices such as tablets as well. It’s sturdy in build quality and when testing up to 4 mph it was able to remain still without being disruptive. At higher speeds it became impractical to use this function.
The running path is just 16.5”W x 42.5”L, which is bizarre because the walking 2 in 1 treadmill model doesn’t require as much runway for high speeds and yet includes an extra 5 inches of length. Tall users running at 8 mph don’t have much leeway and need to keep up their pace to avoid falling off.
Assembly only takes a few minutes. Just tighten some bolts that join the deck and voila.

UREVO 2 in 1 Under Desk Treadmill
The UREVO 2 in 1 Under Desk Treadmill is the best choice in the fleet for light to moderate exercise with a max speed of 7.6 mph. It’s lightweight with a compact design and transportation wheels to easily slide under your work desk. I was able to break out into a jog but not full on running. It run smoothly for brisk walks, which can reduce risk heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cancer and type 2 diabetes, as well as boost cardiovascular health and burn fat. Walking for long periods of time on this treadmill doesn’t feel uncomfortable with the cushioned deck but you need to be on it for 30 minutes or more to get significant fitness improvements compared to the other models which allow you to achieve goals much faster if you are prepared to endure higher intensity training.
The 2.5 HP motor was enough to handle any duration and intensity the settings have to offer without making too much noise but the 3 in 1 UREVO treadmill is quieter at jogging pace due to the more powerful motor. There’s no incline or high interval training so the motor on this model is able to work efficiently and avoid overheating. But it’s not ideal for long workouts over 30 minutes when at higher speeds. Also, if you are near the 265 lbs weight capacity, the heavy impact on the deck may eventually damage components and reduce lifespan. This treadmill doesn’t have a heavy duty frame to ensure durability. If you are above 230 lbs I recommend the 3 in 1 model instead because it weighs more for sturdiness and can withstand a 286 lbs weight capacity.
The 2 in 1 UREVO treadmill has a running surface with 42.5 inches of length and 17″ width. This makes it a more suitable alternative to the mini treadmill model for jogging because you have 3 inches of extra runway but none of the options are good for tall users with longer strides. Similar competitors like GoPlus don’t offer longer length either. If you’re over 6 feet you can get away with a 50″ length deck for light jogging so would benefit paying $400-700 for an XTERRA TR150 treadmill instead.
It can be folded and used with a remote control to adjust speed. Walking mode allows you to go up to 3.8 mph with the remote, which is great for under desk exercise. But this one doesn’t come with an attachable desk like the 3 in 1 model.

UREVO Mini folding Treadmill
The UREVO mini folding treadmill is perfect for shorter people who enjoy light exercise. The deck is 15″W x 39.4″L so it has the least space of any model in the fleet. It’s possible to get into a light job at 6.2 maximum speed but you notice the 2.25 HP working hard. These are the main reasons it’s the cheapest model. If you’re looking for a lightweight treadmill with a compact design you will love this. It’s only 49.6 pounds with transport wheels for moving around the room, although they are small and struggle to push across carpet. Just like the others it can be folded down flat with manual input and stored in small spaces. The Walking Pad takes this to another level but comes at a price.
Confusingly, despite having the weaker motor, it comes with 12 pre-set workout programs designed for higher intensity training intervals. It does the job but far from the smoothest or quietest jog I’ve experienced. Still, it’s hard to complain because you still get a good quality machine at a ridiculously cheap price, sometimes as low as $272. They chose to downgrade the display to LCD for this model but the console interface has a sleek finish that’s so simple to use. The workout variations are visualized as time x speed graphs that are quite small so it takes a bit of experimentation to figure out the best option for your fitness levels. This is definitely where treadmills with TV screens have the upper hand.
